Notify us within 24–48 hours, provide photos and an incident report. If insured, we’ll initiate the claim with the insurer.

Is cargo insurance available?

Yes, on request, covering the full route.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer. Specific terms are stated on your invoice/offer.

Do you offer door-to-door?

Yes. Pickup and last-mile delivery can be added to your order.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes—status updates and/or tracking are provided depending on the route and mode.

Do you help with HS codes and customs?

Yes. We advise on HS codes and document requirements and can coordinate with customs partners.

What documents do I need?

Minimum: commercial invoice + packing list. Depending on cargo/route, extra certificates, permits, or HS codes may be required. We can advise.

How should I pack my shipment?

Use sturdy boxes or crates, internal cushioning, and frames/straps for heavy items. Re-packing at our warehouse is available on request.

Which cargo types do you handle?

General, consolidated (LCL/LTL), palletized, oversized. Dangerous goods (ADR) and restricted items are reviewed case-by-case for compliance.

How long is a quote valid?

Typically for a limited period due to fuel, capacity, and seasonality. The validity is shown with your offer.

What determines the price?

Lane, mode, chargeable weight/volume, cargo type, transit time, customs/administrative costs, and optional services (warehousing, insurance, last-mile).

How do I get a quote?

Publish your cargo request (dimensions/weight, origin, destination, service options). You’ll receive offers you can compare and confirm.

What information can Forwarders see?

Cargo details provided by Customers that are needed to quote and execute the shipment, in accordance with our data-protection rules.

How do I register as a Forwarder?

Go to Forwarder page → fill in company details → receive an OTP by email → sign in → change password. You will have access to cargo information published by Customers.

Can I edit or cancel a posted order?

Yes - until it is confirmed. After confirmation, contact our support to request changes.

Where do I change my password?

In your account, open Change password, set a new password, and save.

What steps need to be taken to ship cargo after registration?

  1. Enter cargo information.
  2. Confirm the best offer.*
  3. Receive your cargo at your warehouse.

How do I register as a Customer?

Go to Customer page → fill in your company details → receive a one-time password (OTP) by email → sign in → change your password in Change password → start publishing your cargo orders.
